POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Beverage & Alcohol to lead the marketing strategy for our beverage operations at Harvest Beverage Group. This isn’t just another marketing role—it’s your chance to shape the voice of some of Halifax’s most exciting liquor destinations, create bold campaigns, and build trade programs that strengthen our industry presence.
This role blends consumer and trade marketing—you’ll be crafting retail promotions that bring customers through the doors and developing trade strategies that make licensees, distributors, and partners take notice. You’ll lead everything from content creation and digital campaigns to trade promotions and event activations—all while leading and mentoring a talented creative team of marketers and working with an entrepreneurial group that values fresh ideas.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for building guest-focused brands.
  • Expertise in Beverage/Alcohol marketing, digital content, and analytics.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset—always seeking smarter, more creative ways to connect with customers.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where agility and innovation matter.
  • Leadership experience – you know how to coach, inspire, and empower a marketing team.
  • Digital marketing know-how, data-driven decision-making, and creative flair.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva).

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing, including at least 2 years trade or wholesale marketing role.
  • Beverage alcohol or CPG experience is preferred.

EDUCATION

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
