About this role
As Senior Marketing Manager in Germany (based in Berlin), you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life. Reporting into the Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for building integrated go-to-market (GTM) plans, driving best-in-class creative execution with agency partners, and ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints.
You’ll own full funnel campaigns, with a special focus on building out our mid-funnel and social media strategy, lead the day-to-day with creative agencies, and act as the point of contact for our in-house creative studio. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong project management skills and the ability to connect and integrate plans seamlessly across functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with creative agency partners, managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Own holistic go-to-market campaign planning & execution across channels, touchpoints, and the full customer journey, ensuring activation is integrated and consistent across.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (media, CRM, PR, partner marketing, etc) to deliver fully integrated campaign activations.
  • Develop and drive the mid-funnel and social strategy, managing the editorial calendar across paid, creator, and organic channels.
  • Act as point of contact for external creative agencies & internal creative studio to deliver against campaign needs.
  • Track performance of campaigns, reporting insights and optimisations.
