Description:
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help define and deliver our vision. Working within the broader Banking and Financial Services marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director for Business Banking and Wealth Management, you will play a critical role in helping to scale the business bank and Wealth business.

What role will you play?
You’ll be pivotal in shaping and delivering our vision for our next horizon of growth. Your primary responsibility will be developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive consideration, acquisition and retention for our propositions. This role will require a strong focus on data-driven decision making, collaboration with cross functional teams and an ability to execute. You will hit the ground running, develop multi-channel go-to-market plans, backed by research and insight, that will define and distinguish us in market, delivering on our business objectives and key results. You will have the opportunity to redefine the marketing playbook in Business Banking and Private Bank and shape future strategies.
In this collaborative environment, you’ll work alongside Bankers, Segment Leads, Relationships Managers, risk, finance and Marketers to deliver and measure agreed activity. You’ll champion our customers, translating insight into compelling narratives, value propositions, and market facing communications.
What you offer
- 10 - 15+ years marketing experience with leading financial services brand/s, ideally with both B2C and B2B experience.
- Demonstrated experience launching new products / entering new markets, via all owned, earned and paid channels
- Proven track record of developing and delivering end to end marketing campaigns from insight to measurement
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel
- Ideally have experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent stakeholder and project management abilities, and leadership of cross functional teams including comfort working in an agile environment with resilience to change
- A driven, high performing, growth and learning mindset
