DESCRIPTION

The Central Campaigns team is a new function within the SkyShowtime marketing team (as part of the wider Planning & Strategy team). This role will be integral in helping to support, strategise and deliver a plan that enables the business and team to strategically plan for and implement campaigns across SkyShowtime’s 20+ markets, to a high level of organisational rigour, attention to detail and consistency.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Previous experience in a content/ streaming/ media or subscriptions business preferred.
  • Experience devising or heavily inputting into a central content or marketing strategy, in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit: the ability to spot opportunities that are beneficial to the business and turn them into real time goals.
  • Collaboration: an excellent relationship builder with the ability to bring people onboard new processes and lead with clarity.
  • Flexible mindset: ability to flex to the ongoing changes of the industry and business, while maintaining a calm approach.
  • Project management experience highly valuable
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Creative production experience is beneficial.
  • Experience working with Paid Digital media: understanding the workflows and data analysis would be hugely beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the strategic monthly and quarterly planning for Pan EU and regional central campaigns including our evergreen content campaign strategy.
  • Assist in the planning of the quarterly and annual campaigns calendar.
  • Use data and insights to inform thinking around our growth and awareness metrics.
  • Work closely with Content Planning and Editorial teams to keep abreast of content updates including; asset release updates and schedule changes and analysing their impact on the overall Central Campaigns strategy.
  • Ensuring that all content laydowns for Central Campaign team are updated with the most recent and relevant information – continually cross checking for changes and additions.
  • Delivering the quarterly plan to all cross functional teams (Digital, PR, Social, Regional Marketing) with clarity and ensuring this plan is deployed rigorously.
  • Owning and writing creative briefs to internal and external teams including our in-house creative studio and external media agency.
  • Overseeing and directing creative output for all central campaigns and ensuring these are delivered to time and on budget.
  • Ensure high level of consistency and high creative bar across various output channels.
  • Owning all post campaign analysis. Using performance data to report success against KPIs and turning these data points into insights for future campaigns.
  • Stay updated on new and ongoing research topics and tools that will help support our Central Campaigns strategy and deployment, including identifying and briefing any new research needs that will further strengthen the central campaign strategy.
  • Provide guidance and educate teams on Central Campaign strategy and approach.
  • Be an ambassador for the team: identifying areas for improvement and finding solutions for better practice.
