The Senior Marketing Manager for Czechia, Slovakia & CEE Partner Markets is a key member of the BF Czechia, Slovakia & CEE Partner Markets leadership team, reporting to both the Senior General Manager CZ&SK and CEE Partner Markets, and the Marketing Director CEE (matrix). This role is pivotal in fostering a unified organizational culture and driving the overall marketing vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping and executing the long-term brand and business strategy to achieve the company’s vision and goals within the Czechia, Slovakia, and CEE Partner Markets.
  • Providing strategic leadership across all aspects of brand, portfolio, and business value creation.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Senior General Manager, offering insights on portfolio strategy, business development, resource allocation, and organizational priorities.

MEANINGFUL WORK FROM DAY ONE

  • Leads Marketing organization in Czechia, Slovakia and CEE Partner Markets which consists of Brand and Trade marketing, BBI and Marketing Communications. Champions people development and is focused on building marketing capability and ensuring a strong talent bench and succession plan.
  • As a part of the Leadership team contributes to the cluster people and structural organizational development.
  • Drives portfolio development in the cluster, actively looking for growth opportunities, building innovation pipelines in cooperation with global and local teams.
  • As such, the role plays a key part in the long term strategic plan development, annual business planning process from brand planning to channel planning, inputting to growth and program plans and then ensuring a coherent approach and deployment in Czechia, Slovakia and CEE Partner Markets.
  • Assumes overall responsibility for developing the annual Marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; Trade Marketing activities
  • Collaborates closely with the CEE Partner Markets dedicated marketing team as well as distributors , in order to deliver annual business plans and drive long term strategy.
  • Ensures consistency of local brand activities & communication, within budget and in line with global brand strategies & standards and local business strategies and targets.
  • Oversees area marketing budget to ensure effective budget management and that all resources are effectively used to drive optimal results achieving profitable growth.
  • Works closely with Sales & Finance, acting as a bridge between the functions to action brand strategies in a way that enables efficient sales execution and drives profitable growth of prioritized brands in targeted markets, channels and key accounts.
