On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager Direct Investing for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER DIRECT INVESTING - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive customer growth for. This role focuses on mass marketing and acquisition to support strategic initiatives, involving collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER DIRECT INVESTING - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or related discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another CRM platform.
  • In-depth experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Teamwork-oriented with an accessible approach.

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER DIRECT INVESTING – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • MBA in Marketing/Business/Financial Services.
  • Self-directed investor.
  • Experience in building marketing automation journeys.
  • Knowledge of competitor activity and market trends.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Digital Acquisition and other teams to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to inform strategy.
  • Oversee execution of integrated campaigns, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Manage structuring of marketing offers and performance tracking.
  • Ensure marketing programs comply with internal and external standards.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Design and produce reports and dashboards, evaluate campaign activities.
