Job Description Location: Remote (Startup/SaaS Environment) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in email marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has SaaS marketing experience, and knows how to build, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results. Responsibilities Own the email marketing strategy end-to-end, from ideation to execution. Build, deploy, and analyze email campaigns that engage leads, nurture prospects, and retain customers. Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to different customer journeys. Define and monitor KPIs, A/B testing, and reporting to optimize performance and increase ROI. Ensure all campaigns meet deliverability, compliance, and brand standards. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging with company growth goals. Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and trends in SaaS and email marketing. Qualifications Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing. Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar). Strong background in SaaS marketing and experience in startup environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Bonus Skills Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and churn reduction strategies. Familiarity with CRM integrations and advanced personalization tactics.
