Description

NSF is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, Global Nutrition & Wellness within our commercial marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Food Marketing, this role will influence the global marketing strategy and spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, targeted campaigns, impactful creative content, and disciplined budget oversight for the Nutrition & Wellness vertical. This role will play an instrumental part in supporting the global expansion of dietary supplements and personal care testing & certification while continuing to fuel North America growth. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can seamlessly blend a global strategic marketing plan/support with robust regional partnerships and activation.

  • Oversee the development of annual strategic marketing plan, campaign materials, and asset creation
  • Support strategic growth plan development and optimization- including trends, competitive activity, business performance
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned to the business plan, sales strategy, and regional priorities
  • Leverage data and insight to make decisions that deliver high-quality leads and build the brand
  • Partner closely with the Nutrition & Wellness business unit to realize business ambition and targets
  • Support and guide the regional marketing teams to identify and execute campaign activity globally
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators, reporting and sharing the results w/ stakeholders
  • Listen and learn from regional teams to improve plans & activity to maximize return on investment
  • Proactively analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize performance
  • Own and align best practices in campaign execution, facilitate sharing and building of library
  • Support market entry and development plans including market analysis and scenario development
  • Manage and enhance relationships with vendors, working closely with the central teams and agencies
  • Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities and overall effectiveness of lead generation
  • Initiate and support new pipeline and learning projects to meet growth targets
  • Support Salesforce adoption and improved usage/monitoring
  • Advance best practices in marketing automation along with Artificial Intelligence approaches to more efficiently build marketing materials, source leads, and convert customers
  • Recommend and help execute any required training for the marketing and sales teams

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
8+ years’ experience in a marketing role with expertise in B2B marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and forge strong stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions
Experience working and delivering results in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
Demonstrated ability to build marketing and sales pipelines that meet sales targets
Experience successfully managing and helping grow global brands
World-class writing, presentation, and speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in marketing, business or related field
Both B2B and B2C business experience
Both Global and Regional/Country Marketing experience
Dietary Supplements and/or Personal Care experience

Food and Assurance TIC services experience

  • Ability to accommodate NSF’s hybrid policy at the global headquarters located in Ann Arbor, Michigan
