NSF is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, Global Nutrition & Wellness within our commercial marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Food Marketing, this role will influence the global marketing strategy and spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, targeted campaigns, impactful creative content, and disciplined budget oversight for the Nutrition & Wellness vertical. This role will play an instrumental part in supporting the global expansion of dietary supplements and personal care testing & certification while continuing to fuel North America growth. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can seamlessly blend a global strategic marketing plan/support with robust regional partnerships and activation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
8+ years’ experience in a marketing role with expertise in B2B marketing
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and forge strong stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions
Experience working and delivering results in a matrixed organization
Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
Demonstrated ability to build marketing and sales pipelines that meet sales targets
Experience successfully managing and helping grow global brands
World-class writing, presentation, and speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in marketing, business or related field
Both B2B and B2C business experience
Both Global and Regional/Country Marketing experience
Dietary Supplements and/or Personal Care experience
Food and Assurance TIC services experience
