INDOCHINO is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end customer growth and retention efforts. This role owns the full marketing funnel—from first click to lifelong loyalty—and is responsible for driving scalable performance across all paid acquisition channels and CRM-powered retention programs.
You’ll lead the strategy and oversee execution across paid digital media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, Programmatic), lifecycle marketing (Email, SMS, CRM, Loyalty, Referral), and emerging platforms. This highly cross-functional role will collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, Tech, and Retail to deliver integrated campaigns that grow customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize LTV.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to own performance marketing across both acquisition and retention, with a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on channel expertise.
