MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop a consumer centric approach to align the regional marketing program across all EMEA markets.
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements across the complete GTM process for all channels.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration to ensure strong cross-channel and global-to-local alignments of the EMEA marketing program.
  • Cascade Global and EMEA game plans and designed programs to the local markets and embed standard practices.
  • Support and elevate the development of local marketing plans to help shape EMEA marketing programs with additional consumer relevance and local flavours.
  • Play a lead role in cross-functional meetings ensuring local marketing needs and requirements are met.
  • Promote the culture of collaboration within the EMEA marketing organisation.
  • Translate the GTM calendar into detailed processes and procedures achieving timely completion necessary for successful execution of GTM activities and local campaigns.
  • Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are up-to-date with each updated seasonal calendar.
  • Continuously evolve the maturity and field of regional marketing operations.
  • Responsible for leading and managing the development of standardised tools and process improvements for cross-functional and local marketing tams and identifying new ways of working to continually simplify them.
  • Develop and be responsible for an internal innovation ecosystem that promotes smart ideas, fosters co-creation, and uses collective wisdom.
  • Constantly improve the performance by scaling and maintaining best practices and knowledge-sharing process across the EMEA marketing organisation.
  • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing activities and provide leadership team-level updates on progress and campaign contributions towards business targets.
  • Deliver campaign retrospectives with takeaways and insights to the broader Marketing organisation.
  • Collaborate with Brand Strategy and Operations team and Consumer Insights & Analytics team to create campaign reports and dashboards where necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact and coordinator with the Country Marketing Leads and sub-local marketing teams.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous experience leading marketing programs in a global organisation.
  • Solid experience in managing Go-To-Market calendar and process.
  • Understand the inner workings of a brand and how a season is designed, developed, and driven cross-functionally across Consumer Insights, Product, Design, Development, Merchandising, Brand, Marketing, Finance in partnership with global, regional and local teams.
  • Deep understanding of campaign strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • High level of commercial acuity; using data to inform strategic action and management of significant budgets.
  • Proficiency in analysing performance metrics for campaigns and expertise in creative optimisation and testing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate and influence challenging conversations with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organisation skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Direct experience with managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience in team management, including growing team, coaching, developing and mentoring.
  • Experience navigating matrixed environments in a constructive and collaborative manner, notably across functions and with external business partners (ability to “see the essence”, “connect the dots” and solve or facilitate solutions to complex problems).
  • Operational experience in the sports, lifestyle and/or fashion sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30%.
