Position: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Central Support / Billericay – Essex. (Hybrid working 2 days office based)

EXPERIENCE

  • Someone from a Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare background (*Main point being, we have a physical product, environment and services being provided across multiple sites). This role is not wanting someone with a digital only background
  • Strong brand marketing background
  • Email, digital and social media marketing experience/awareness would be ideal to work with the other department SMEs
  • Ideally someone with previous management / leadership experience.
Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES

  • Working with Operational teams to develop proposition for new product launches and existing product development (i.e. dementia care / the Residences etc)
  • Developing campaign propositions for existing and new product launches, briefing agencies and developing compelling, communications
  • Developing overarching marketing plan for local Marketing Manager to execute against
  • Working collaboratively with local marketing manager and key stakeholders in S&M team to develop a suite of assets that make the biggest impact to fulfil lead generation and occupancy targets
  • Briefing and working with Operations and local CRMs for activation.
  • Writing marketing briefs and being main point of contact for relevant agencies (creative, potentially media, print production houses etc)
  • Building marketing propositions with agencies and building the communications plan to cascade.across the Operation.
  • Someone who can creatively bring something to life in the homes.
  • Able to manage and support Designer – help to triage their workload with the business. ]
  • Briefing and managing development of master brand assets i.e. photography, videography etc
  • Ad hoc writing of copy where required
  • Ad hoc management of Marketing / brand projects
