Description About the Role Jetta Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives across our dual-brand portfolio (Jetta and Americh). This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping brand presence, driving product launches, and supporting a distribution-focused, B2B growth strategy. This position is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can operate independently, and is equally comfortable building strategy and executing it. What You’ll Do Product Launch & Go-to-Market Lead product launches from concept through execution Develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and sales enablement tools Partner cross-functionally with sales, training, and operations Brand & Market Positioning Maintain and elevate a premium, dual-brand presence Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to inform strategy Digital & Content Strategy Oversee website performance, SEO, and digital experience Guide content strategy and manage web marketing resources Sales Enablement Develop marketing collateral and showroom tools Support product education and training initiatives Requirements What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years of marketing experience (B2B preferred) Experience in design-driven, manufacturing, or building products industries strongly preferred Proven success leading product launches and go-to-market strategies Strong brand, digital, and content marketing capabilities Ability to operate independently and drive measurable outcomes Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-driven marketing efforts Who You Are A builder who creates momentum and takes ownership A strategic thinker who executes with speed and precision Comfortable in lean environments with evolving priorities A marketer who understands marketing’s role in driving revenue Confident working with sales teams and senior leadership Who This Role Is Not For Those who prefer highly structured environments or large support teams Marketers focused only on strategy without execution Candidates without B2B or sales-driven marketing experience Individuals uncomfortable with accountability, ambiguity, or change Travel Requirements Up to 15–25% travel, including key industry events and time in Oklahoma
