The Role We are currently pooling talent for a Senior Marketing Manager to completely own and build our agency's self-marketing function from zero. You won't be working on client accounts; you will treat our agency as your primary client. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our website, PR, social channels, award submissions, and industry presence. What You’ll Do Digital Presence: Manage and optimize our corporate website (case studies, SEO/SEM) and own our agency's voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and TikTok. PR & Thought Leadership: Drive media relations, secure exposure for our founders and agency leaders, and publish case studies, white papers, and newsletters. Awards & Recognition: Spearhead our submissions for major industry awards (Spikes Asia, Effie, Agency of the Year, TikTok Awards, Boomerang, etc.). Events & Networking: Organize and represent the agency at industry conferences, client events, workshops, and sponsorships. Growth: Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure marketing efforts translate into a strong inbound lead pipeline. What You Bring Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing, specifically working on agency self-marketing for an advertising, digital, or MarCom agency Versatility: A proven track record in at least three of our core focus areas: website management, corporate social, PR, awards, or events. Communication: Exceptional English fluency to seamlessly engage with local and global clients and media. Bonus points if you have experience at a top SEA independent agency, existing relationships with PH media/award bodies, or a portfolio of shortlisted/winning award submissions!
