Responsibilities:
- Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience with B2B campaign and content management
- Strong business acumen with experience carrying out campaign marketing efforts, including strategic planning, market research, project management, and data analysis
- Creative & strategic thinking: ability to anticipate and respond to changing market needs, and generate innovative and compelling content and campaign concepts to engage the target audience
- Must be comfortable with autonomy and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organization skills
- A collaborator who can work cross-functionally – role requires substantial relationship management both internal and external to the team
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- Proven ability to create demand and build nurture programs linked to business goals
- Understanding of campaign planning software and technologies
- Familiarity with the Agriculture industry considered an asset
