QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in product and/or growth marketing, preferably within FinTech, financial institutions, or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or business areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions, with a preference for experience in the Canadian mortgage industry.
  • Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on tactical execution.
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Intercom is a bonus.
  • Solid copywriting skills that have demonstrated proven conversion impacts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute key initiatives for our new business areas. This role requires a unique ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution, ensuring that every initiative is grounded in actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in product and growth marketing, a proven track record in go-to-market strategies, and a strong understanding of financial institutions, particularly within the Canadian mortgage landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new business areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creation of product marketing materials, including sales enablement tools and customer-facing content.
  • Execute campaigns with specific product usage and adoption targets.
  • Drive customer segmentation and personal development to ensure targeted marketing efforts.
  • Partner with product teams to align on roadmaps and market priorities.
