    We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager – Marketing Automation to develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of automated marketing campaigns, manage our CRM tools, and leverage data analytics to improve marketing performance. Your expertise will help Circunomics scale its marketing efforts efficiently and effectively, supporting customer acquisition and retention.

Your profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Must have: HubSpot experience across Marketing-, Sales- and Content-Hub
  • Ideally you have additional skills in Semrush for SEO optimization (or similar), Zapier for connecting our different data buckets (or similar), and Apollo.io for lead data enrichment (or similar) being highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong strategic mindset with an eye for detail in execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the American and Asian markets or other international markets.
  • Bonus Points For:
  • Previous work in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot).
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Technical understanding or interest in industries such as automotive, e-vehicles, energy, or the circular economy.

You Will:Strategic Development and Execution:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, nurturing, and sales enablement across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform, HubSpot, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Create, manage, and analyze automated workflows, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies to improve customer engagement.
