We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive the success of our villa development projects and hospitality services. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and or real estate marketing, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of success in driving results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote villa development projects, short-term rental and drive sales.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute events, such as open houses, launch parties, and community outreach programs, to engage potential buyers and promote brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and support sales efforts with marketing materials and resources.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum proven experience marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing.
Experience in a marketing management role in the hospitality and/or Real Estate sector highly desirable.
Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and customer preferences.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive results and achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
