Position Overview The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple restaurant locations. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of the restaurant business, excels in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about building strong teams, scalable marketing systems, and impactful campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee omnichannel marketing initiatives, manage internal team members and external partners, and collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Responsibilities Lead and execute company-wide marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage the marketing team and oversee external vendors, agencies, and creative contractors. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across PR, social media, email, digital, and in-store channels. Oversee all digital communications and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms. Develop and optimize email marketing, segmentation, and automated guest engagement campaigns. Collaborate with operations and guest relations teams to maintain strong brand standards and manage an online reputation. Track and analyze marketing performance and report results and insights to leadership. Manage design and production of marketing materials across digital and print. Improve marketing processes, tools, and systems to support team efficiency and growth. Build local partnerships and collaborate with event teams to promote private dining, events, and catering opportunities. Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Experience supervising teams, agencies, and external vendors. Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive strategy and performance improvements. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or other design collaboration tools preferred. Experience with Toast (or similar POS), third-party delivery platforms, and related reporting tools. Knowledge of online reputation management platforms, guest retention strategies, and win-back marketing programs. Proficiency with marketing and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Passion for food and deep familiarity with the South Florida restaurant landscape, including current social media and digital trends in the food and beverage industry.
