MYER is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Myer Exclusive Brands (MEBs) who will be responsible for driving the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of eight owned brands across fashion and accessories. This role leads the development of distinct brand marketing plans for each Myer Exclusive Brand, delivering campaigns that grow brand equity, customer engagement, and category performance.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead the annual and seasonal marketing strategy for each Myer Exclusive Brand, ensuring alignment to brand positioning, customer needs and financial targets.
  • Develop brand-specific marketing frameworks including campaign cadences, content direction and in collaboration with Myer’s creative agency partners, the MEBs tone of voice.
  • Identify category or brand-specific growth opportunities, leveraging customer data, market trends, and trade insights.
  • Drive innovation in brand storytelling, testing new formats, platforms and engagement strategies to reach and grow brand audiences.
  • Lead the development and rollout of all brand campaigns and activations in partnership with Myer’s internal creative teams and/or external creative agency.
  • Ensure each brand’s campaign suite is tailored to its unique customer journey — including product storytelling, digital conversion paths, in-store experience, and loyalty mechanisms.
  • Manage and monitor advertising subsidy agreements with brand partners, ensuring accurate application, compliance and reconciliation.
  • Work in collaboration with the online / ecommerce teams on strategy for each MEB across Myer.com.au, email, paid digital, social and loyalty channels.
  • Partner with Digital and Media teams to create targeted, high-performing digital campaigns across paid and owned assets.
  • Partner with Events and PR team on customer experiences for VIPs and media / influencers.
  • Partner closely with Product, Merchandise and Buying teams to align marketing plans with product strategy, seasonal trade and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Packaging, and Production teams to ensure brand alignment across physical product, labelling, and visual identity touchpoints.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, Loyalty, Insights, CRM, and Digital teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, personalised and channel-appropriate.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists to coordinators, creating a culture of ownership, creativity and agility with proactive problem-solving and commercial thinking.
  • Own the MEB marketing budget — including annual planning, campaign allocation, invoicing and spend tracking.
