REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 5–10 years’ experience managing marketing budgets and driving growth for a consumer-facing brand, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to measure performance and use data to inform strategy.
- Channel Breadth and Depth: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and experience testing and scaling other marketing channels. Ideally you will also have experience of offline Local marketing activities, e.g. Direct Mail and Door drops
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and external partners to deliver results.
- Drive for Results: A proactive mindset, with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:
As Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the Board and senior team to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Performance Marketing:
- Manage and optimise existing performance channels, particularly search (SEO and PPC).
- Test and scale new channels, such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and offline advertising.
- Brand Management:
- Protect and grow the MHC brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate the brand voice into patient communications and service delivery
- Where appropriate, use AI tools to bring efficiency and consistency to production of creative assets
- Team & Partner Management:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and manage external agencies/consultants.
- Foster a data-driven and results-oriented team culture.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Set KPIs for all marketing activities and deliver regular reports on performance.
- Use data insights to inform decision-making and allocate budget effectively.
- Customer Engagement:
- Spend time in clinics, meeting customers and understanding their needs.
- Partner with clinic teams to refine messaging and deliver a seamless customer journey.
