What You'll Do: As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll help craft the blueprint for our brand's success story. From developing innovative marketing strategies to executing captivating campaigns, you'll lead the charge in captivating audiences and dominating the market. Collaborating with our passionate sales teams and global partners, you'll ensure that our brands remain at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as the communication lead between departments, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, public relations, creative, and operations teams. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global brand teams, influencers, agencies, retailers, distributors, and creative partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered seamlessly and support business objectives. Brand & Creative Management Safeguard and evolve brand guidelines across all channels and touchpoints. Manage brand assets including retailer files, imagery, and templates, ensuring consistent usage. Lead creative direction across own brand campaigns, including concept development, photoshoot production, and visual storytelling. Oversee company-specific creative requirements such as imagery, merchandise, and internal branding. Marketing & Campaign Execution Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and devise marketing plans with specific goals across various channels and segments Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, public relations and trade channels. Partner with the public relations team to provide strategy, direction, copy, and creative assets to maximise media exposure. Write and edit copy for packaging, campaigns, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand alignment. Plan, manage, and deliver events (consumer-facing activations, press events, in-store pop-ups, sponsorship activations, and trade shows), ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact. Support international growth by preparing pitches, presentations, and activations for distributors and global retail partners. Trade Marketing Create and manage packaging development, including exclusive editions, seasonal designs, PR kits, and merchandise. Develop and deliver trade marketing collateral (POS, CDUs, FSDUs, in-store activations, and events) to maximise retailer presence and consumer engagement. Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure stock and logistics considerations are embedded into marketing planning. Commercial & Strategic Leadership Partner with commercial and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are commercially minded and growth-driven. Oversee budget management across marketing, brand, trade, content, and PR, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI tracking. Lead sponsorship, partnership, and advertising opportunities, aligning them with brand strategy and commercial priorities. International Marketing Support the Head of Digital in driving international expansion by delivering tailored marketing strategies, toolkits, and presentations. Adapt global brand campaigns for international markets, ensuring relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
