BACKGROUND:
So… we have built this rocketship. We call it Wolt. And we’re on a mission to make cities a better place to live with the help of technology. We started in 2014 in Finland, and with a customer-obsessed mindset, we have now reached more than 30 countries. We are best known for our food delivery platform, yet we are on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years, and we’re just getting started.
We launched in Germany in 2020 and have since grown our national coverage to more than 60 cities whilst expanding our offering and including new verticals such as groceries. As we keep expanding this new vertical, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager. You will develop and execute tailored marketing strategies aimed at improving partner visibility, driving growth, and increasing customer engagement on our Wolt platform. This role will play a key part in our growth in Germany.
To accomplish this, you’ll need to work both strategically as well as operationally and be a data-driven doer who’s not afraid of getting your hands dirty. You’ll work closely with the commercial account management team, our partners as well as the local marketing team in Germany. This position is based in Berlin, and some travel within Germany might be required. You’ll report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing (New Verticals).
