Description
Primary Responsibilities/Duties * Develop a Go-to-Market Strategy and process, leveraging in-depth knowledge of target markets and methods for introducing the product into each market. * Serve as a key influencer in devising and auditing business strategies; be proficient in discussing and analyzing business status, demand drivers, and the competitive landscape, including forecasting, progress tracking, and reporting to stakeholders. * Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape. Identify opportunities to enhance customer and business value through the marketing mix. * Outline product positioning that clearly articulates the target customers, value proposition, and value networks, linking each feature to a customer-centric benefit. * Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI. * Manage pricing, customer communications, and revenue forecasts/inventory. * Manage the marketing plan and budget to ensure the completion of project deliverables. * Support sales engineers and channel partners by providing them with sales tools (product training, product presentations, best practices case studies, and demonstrations) to generate leads.  * Identify risks associated with new product lines or sales channels and develop relevant improvement plans (Kaizen) based on the Fortive Business System (FBS). * Manage seminars, trade shows, company-sponsored events, and promotions. Qualification * 10+ years’ experience in industrial sectors. Technical knowledge is preferred.  * 5+ years’ marketing management experience. (Experience of leading a marketing team is desired) * Having good communication skills and being fluent in English. * Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members. * An individual who has a strong sale-oriented personality, with good capabilities to involve in a cross - cultural team in the sales work and highly competitive spirit. * A highly adaptable, intuitive, customer-focused, self-motivated, good planner and a team player, having precision and accuracy in work, working effectively with a cross-function team  * Being creative and open-minded to new ways and new ideas. * Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and resolving conflicts within teams * Able to work under pressure, accept 50% business trips Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
