Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing team within our Edmonton-based auto group. This position is focused on execution and support—making sure marketing projects run efficiently, campaigns are delivered on time, and all work reflects our brand and quality standards. The role also involves training and guiding team members, ensuring they have the tools and direction needed to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with experience supporting or managing a team.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is a bonus.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofing and quality-control skills.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Team Support & Training: Provide training on marketing tools, platforms, and processes, helping team members improve skills and efficiency.
  • Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily workflow, making sure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and priorities are clear.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and proof key deliverables (emails, ads, social posts, creative assets) for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Campaign Oversight: Monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), reviewing execution and providing feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Project Tracking: Use project management tools to assign tasks, follow up on progress, and provide support where needed.
  • Reporting: Coordinate reporting workflows and ensure data is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing leadership and other departments to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment.
  • Flexibility: Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
