This role will focus on strategic market planning and the promotion of Health Information Technology and Digital Excellence. As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of marketers while working closely with various stakeholders to address product needs and enhance the product life cycle. This position will require you to leverage your expertise in market research and competitive intelligence to drive marketing strategies and messaging that meet the evolving needs of the market. \n Accountabilities Create and manage the implementation of the annual strategic marketing plan for customer segments. Plan and manage the marketing budget for customer segments. Launch new and next-generation products in collaboration with the Global Marketing Team. Conduct secondary market research and provide actionable market insights. Adapt global content for local marketing campaigns. Manage relationships with local KOLs and oversee KOL contracts. Support regional sales forces with training and marketing strategies. Provide local customer support and gather market feedback. Collaborate with trade media for product information distribution. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance customer communications. Requirements BS degree required, preferably in engineering, marketing, or life sciences; MBA is preferred. Minimum of five years of marketing experience, ideally in medical or optical device sectors. Proven experience in product launches and market analysis. Strong skills in oral presentation and written communications. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis. Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams. Knowledge of healthcare software sales and digital marketing strategies. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
