We are Resi, the UK’s largest residential architecture platform, using tech to transform the design and construction industry for homeowners. Our ambitions are huge; our mission is to bring peace-of-mind to millions of stressed renovators. Marketing is essential to making that happen, and this role will help shape and implement both the strategies and the hacks that get us there.
Reporting into our VP of Marketing, you’ll work on everything from CRM and word-of-mouth programs, to press and comms. You’ll bring vim and gusto to our everyday challenges, throwing all sorts of ideas against the wall to see what sticks, and with a laser focus on execution. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role—perfect for someone who loves to coordinate people, processes, and projects to get meaningful results.

Responsibilities
  • CRM & Nurturing: Build and refine our CRM strategies to improve lead nurturing, customer retention, and overall engagement. You’ll develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and continually iterate for better outcomes.
  • Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Own and innovate our referral and word-of-mouth marketing programs, turning enthusiastic clients into brand ambassadors.
  • Press & Comms: Coordinate our press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership strategy. You’ll manage relationships with journalists and ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand.
  • Process Optimisation: Develop and maintain project management processes, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll keep track of who’s doing what, when, and help the team stay focused on priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Design, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing campaigns with company-wide goals. You’ll also manage external agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Mentorship & Team Building: Serve as a mentor and guide to junior team members, nurturing their growth and ensuring they’re delivering their best work.
