Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives across the GCC region. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across all GCC companies under our group.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each GCC market.
Lead regional marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and event marketing, aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support market expansion and customer acquisition efforts.
Manage and oversee the execution of brand positioning, content strategy, advertising, and public relations across the region.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI and continuous optimization.
Manage marketing budgets across the GCC markets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
Lead and mentor regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and cultural nuances.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role.
Proven experience managing marketing across multiple GCC markets.
Strong understanding of regional business practices, cultural differences, and consumer trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel across GCC countries as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM platforms.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors is a strong advantage.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
