Role reports to: Head of Skin Health & Beauty, APAC Location: Asia Pacific, Singapore, Singapore, Singapore Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Senior Marketing Manager, Skin Health & Beauty APAC, serves as the regional brand lead and a key strategic partner to the Global Brand Team. The role shapes and drives the APAC 3‑year growth plan by leveraging global brand foundations, innovation pipelines, and creative toolkits to accelerate performance across household penetration, market share, and net sales. In addition, the position develops, coaches, and inspires both direct and end‑to‑end regional teams, modeling Kenvue behaviors and fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture across the region. Key Responsibilities Serve as the sole-point brand lead in APAC, driving strategy, innovation, and communication recommendations. Lead participation and collaboration in Global Growth Forums, ensuring strong alignment and cadence. Cascade globally aligned strategies, communications, and innovations to the region, ensuring Fit‑For‑Use adaptation. Consolidate and communicate consumer, retailer, and HCP insights and needs to Global teams and regional capability partners. Identify risks and opportunities to the financial plan, scale regional best practices, and influence key markets and cross‑functional teams. Ensure market and regional compliance to global brand strategy and positioning. Drive regional rollout of global communications, content, and playbooks, adapting for local nuances where needed. Lead the cascade and executional framework for Retail, HCP, and Influencer strategies, including congress and sampling plans. Shape the 3‑year innovation pipeline by leveraging the global pipeline and identifying regional gaps. Lead major innovation initiatives through stage‑gate development and governance, with market prioritization. Oversee commercial, cost-saving, and loss‑avoidance initiatives. Ensure adoption of portfolio strategy, including price and pack architecture, in partnership with regional RGM. Coordinate master text and artwork changes in compliance with global design guidelines. Partner cross‑functionally on quality, regulatory, and compliance matters, ensuring aligned communication and mitigation. Coach, inspire, and develop a high‑performing regional team, embedding diverse perspectives into plans. Provide leadership to one direct report and support end‑to‑end team capability building. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred) with 8+ years’ experience in brand strategy, innovation, and operations ideally within Beauty and Skin Care. Proven brand‑building expertise, including translating strategies into influencer, community, and HCP‑focused initiatives, supported by strong category and consumer insight capabilities. Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, drive strategic thinking, and make clear decisions, with strong prioritization, collaboration, and influencing skills. Deep understanding of APAC markets, cultural nuances, and global–regional alignment, with a track record of influencing and supporting local markets across multiple time zones. Strong leadership experience driving end‑to‑end innovation, managing cross‑functional teams, and leveraging technology, data, analytics, and financial acumen to deliver sustained brand growth.
