ZigZag Offshoring is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team! Role purpose The Senior Marketing Manager owns marketing strategy, coordination, and execution across Candid Marketing, Candid Connect, and CanTicket. This role is responsible for making marketing happen end to end, including campaigns, content, websites, and coordination with paid advertising and technical delivery. This is a senior ownership role, not a coordinator or assistant position. Reporting line Reports into onshore leadership Works in conjunction with the Technical Lead Scope of responsibility The Senior Marketing Manager has ownership of: Marketing campaigns and delivery Social media and content execution Email marketing and automation Website and landing page updates Coordination with the Paid Ads Strategist Briefing and coordination of design and development GHL execution until a dedicated specialist is appointed Key responsibilitiesMarketing strategy and execution Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives End to end execution across: Social media Email marketing Websites and landing pages Ongoing optimisation and improvement of campaigns Website changes and client requests Own client website update requests Ensure all website tasks are logged, tracked, and managed through CanTicket Coordinate developers and designers for delivery Prioritise, scope, and manage turnaround times Quality check work before delivery back to clients Coordination with Paid Ads Strategist Liaise directly with the Paid Ads Strategist (Campaign Manager) Align messaging, timing, and offers Use performance insights to inform organic and owned channels Ensure paid and organic efforts operate as one system Systems ownership (GHL and AI tools) Own Go High Level (GHL) execution until a dedicated specialist is appointed Build and manage workflows, campaigns, and automations Maintain clean CRM and pipeline structure Use ChatGPT and AI tools for copy, ideation, and efficiency Document processes for future handover Client delivery Run existing clients independently Provide structured updates and clear communication Identify opportunities to improve results and efficiency Reduce founder involvement in day to day marketing delivery Collaboration and standards Work closely with the Technical Lead to remove delivery blockers Brief, review, and coordinate graphic design assets Maintain brand consistency across all outputs Ensure marketing and website work follows documented processes Technical skills and non negotiables Strong hands on experience with Go High Level (GHL) Confident use of ChatGPT and AI tools for marketing execution Working knowledge of Meta platforms and how paid and organic align Proven experience running end to end marketing campaigns Comfortable managing websites and landing pages Strong copywriting and ideation capability Required experience and traits Senior marketing experience in an agency or multi client environment Comfortable owning outcomes without escalation Commercially minded and results focused Organised, proactive, and accountable Strong communicator who works well cross functionally This role requires initiative and ownership, not waiting for instruction.
