This is a highly commercial role at the intersection of: account-based marketing field marketing pipeline generation pipeline acceleration sales collaboration You’ll lead a growing team focused on generating and accelerating pipeline while creating standout experiences together with Brand, Creative, and Performance Marketing. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll play a key role in shaping how marketing contributes to Teamtailor’s continued growth. Own pipeline generation and acceleration! Develop and execute the strategy for pipeline growth across markets and segments Partner closely with sales leadership on pipeline priorities and GTM initiatives Build scalable programs that generate demand and help move opportunities forward Lead ABM and strategic account programs! Drive account-based marketing initiatives for target accounts and segments Create coordinated multi-touch programs across sales and marketing Increase engagement across buying committees and strategic accounts Own field marketing and experiences! Lead field marketing initiatives including executive events, customer roundtables, dinners, webinars, and regional activations Ensure all programs are designed to generate or accelerate pipeline Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative to create memorable experiences and campaigns that stand out in the market Drive growth together with Performance Marketing! Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to scale demand generation efforts and drive pipeline growth Align account targeting, campaigns, and conversion initiatives across paid and owned channels Ensure enterprise and strategic marketing motions are supported by scalable acquisition programs Own webinar execution! Build scalable webinar programs targeted toward key audiences and buying personas Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales on topics, speakers, and follow-up strategies Ensure webinars contribute to pipeline generation and account engagement Partner marketing and ecosystem growth! Work with strategic partners on co-marketing initiatives and pipeline-generating activities Help expand Teamtailor’s presence through ecosystem relationships and regional partnerships Measure impact! Own KPIs tied to pipeline generation, account engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline influence Continuously analyze performance and optimize programs based on commercial outcomes Lead and develop the team! Manage and support a team consisting of local field marketing and partner marketing experts across markets Create strong alignment between marketing and regional sales teams Help scale the function as Teamtailor continues to grow Who you are! We believe you’re a commercially minded marketer who thrives in the space between marketing and sales. You understand how modern B2B buying works and know how to build programs that create momentum with strategic accounts and sales teams. You likely have: Experience working closely with sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment Strong background in ABM, field marketing, strategic demand generation, or pipeline marketing Experience generating and accelerating B2B SaaS pipeline Experience running webinars, executive events, and account-focused programs A strong understanding of multi-stakeholder buying journeys A data-driven and commercially focused mindset The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Experience leading and developing teams You combine creativity with strong commercial and analytical thinking You’re curious about how AI is reshaping modern marketing and GTM teams You enjoy building workflows, automations, and scalable systems using AI and modern tools You’re comfortable experimenting, iterating, and finding smarter ways to generate and accelerate pipeline Bonus if you have experience from: HR tech SaaS scaling international B2B companies If this sounds like you, please hit apply and get your potential journey with Teamtailor started!
