Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to manage our marketing efforts across the Medtech portfolio. This pivotal role will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activity — from content creation and campaign execution to team leadership and revenue generation — helping to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial success across multiple markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive healthcare content marketing strategy which includes existing social channels
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including thought leadership, customer stories, clinical case studies, and product insights.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and supports sales and engagement goals.
  1. Demand Generation & Campaign Management
  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Focus on digital-first, data-driven strategies that align with the buyer journey and sales funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
  1. Product Launch & Growth Marketing (Digital focus)
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and launch go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Craft messaging and digital content tailored to target audiences and business goals.
  1. Agency & Vendor Management
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies supporting digital advertising, PR, content production, and event execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy.
  1. Digital Marketing
  • Oversee online digital marketing to support efficient scale
  • Ensure regular website updates and review social media channels
  1. Event Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and deliver impactful live and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, workshops, and customer briefings.
  • Coordinate logistics, speaker management, and post-event lead nurturing.
  1. Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives.
  • Track and report on marketing spend and ROI across channels.
  1. Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Specialist
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Partner with commercial leadership to define and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Represent marketing at mangement meetings and contribute to broader business planning.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and support for growth targets.
  • Act as a key connector across functions to maximize marketing impact.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop strategy, and execute high-impact marketing programs.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing complex budgets.
  • Highly analytical with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on leadership approach.
