ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Head of Value & Promotions Marketing for the UK and Ireland, the Senior Marketing Manager, Value Strategy and Operations will collaborate with key marketing teams to define and execute promotional strategies aligned with business goals. A primary focus will be leveraging promotions and value propositions to strategically influence customer behaviour and maximise returns for Deliveroo and its partners. Key responsibilities include quarterly planning, establishing a test and learn framework to identify and implement promotional best practices, and proactively uncovering future growth opportunities. This involves considering business priorities, analysing past promotional performance, and staying abreast of market trends.
You will work cross-functionally across local & global teams, specifically Commercial, Finance, Tech and Data sScience to build the right plan and define processes that improve our customer experience, as well as identify improvements in the way that promotions are executed at Deliveroo.
