Job Description Our Sr. Client Marketing Manager will be focused on the generation of accelerated revenue growth in partnership with our key clients through Visa´s client marketing services. He/she will be responsible for a group of regional and/or local accounts. She/He and his/her must lead his/her team in order to achieve the area objectives and must ensure the creation of a strategic marketing pipeline for the following 5 years and above. She/he will also be responsible for the creation of short-mid- and long-term strong marketing strategies for our issuers mainly focused on every stage of the clients´ products lifecycle. As part of the role, he/she will be responsible of planning, executing, and measuring these activities. Our Sr. client marketing manager will be one of the main marketing partners and contacts of his/her accounts in the market and will be responsible of achieving client´s and Visa´s annual objectives. The position is also responsible for making every transaction a Visa transaction, by developing and implementing marketing plans to support the Visa Mexico business goals. Her or she, should ensure Brand leadership via the generation of breakthrough Marketing Strategies and plans. Job Scope: Reports to a Client Marketing Sr. Director Highly strategic position. Manage a team Client facing role Issuers, Fintechs and MSA management and revenue generation through marketing services. Drive card acquisition, activation, usage and spend with the clients The client´s activation of the Visa portfolios is key to Visa Mexico given its incremental revenue potential and the strategic role of creating differentiation with them against the competition. It is key to develop, implement and measure custom made marketing programs for the clients. Addressing issuers´ marketing opportunities and challenges will be required. Budget management The Marketing Manager is expected to provide analytical support and execution discipline in order to generate incremental business with his/her clients. Work with local, regional and global teams This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of business experience, with the majority in marketing roles that involved strategy and planning as well as implementation, across multiple marketing disciplines. Track record of developing marketing strategies based on business objectives and executing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results. Experience in creating annual strategies and plans, marketing researches, media plans (online & offline campaigns), production, events, strategic alliances & managing agencies. Desirable previous know how on managing Top clients: Issuers, Merchants, Retailers, fintech or market places. Fluency in English and Spanish. Competencies: Strategic planning. Forward thinking.
