Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, a prestigious Greek law firm with operations in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, and Bucharest, is seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s visibility, promoting services, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals while building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm’s services. Create engaging content for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and evaluate industry trends. Support the organization of marketing events, seminars, and webinars. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to produce promotional materials and advertising. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the overall branding strategy is consistently applied. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in marketing or a related role. Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking with an eye for detail and an interest in current marketing trends. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus. Prior experience at a law firm will be considered an asset.
