About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing infrastructure, marketing automation, marketing technology, processes, and data strategy. At Similarweb, Marketing Operations plays a critical role in connecting data, systems, and teams to drive scalable growth across both Sales-Led (SLG) and Product-Led (PLG) motions. This role sits at a critical intersection within our Marketing organization, enabling alignment across teams, technologies, and processes to drive growth. You will be both a hands-on builder and a strategic partner, working closely with Lifecycle Growth, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, BI, and MIS teams to design and scale high-impact marketing workflows. You’ll play a key role in transforming how we operate, bringing a modern, AI-first approach to marketing operations, simplifying complex legacy processes, and driving measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, building scalable multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and nurture programs Lead advanced audience segmentation and ensure seamless lead flow across SLG and PLG funnels Design and implement scalable marketing processes, including campaign execution, lead management, and data governance Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into operational solutions and drive alignment on GTM and KPIs Analyze campaign and funnel performance, delivering actionable insights and defining measurement frameworks with BI teams Drive AI innovation and data excellence, including redesigning workflows, implementing AI solutions, and leading data governance and enrichment strategies What We’re Looking For Experience & Background 3–5+ years in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle, or Growth Ops within B2B SaaS (SLG & PLG) Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), managing large datasets Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and building end-to-end marketing processes Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments Data-driven approach with experience in BI tools, SQL, and MQL optimization Experience leveraging AI, managing martech stacks, budgets, and vendors, with a strong communication and ownership mindset Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans.
