Job Overview Salary: R35,000 per month We’re seeking a proactive and highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join a growing UK-based professional services firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead digital marketing strategy and execution — spanning campaign management, sales enablement, content production, analytics, and system optimisation. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to elevate marketing performance, implement automation, and enhance outreach across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is not only technically capable, but also a strategic thinker who can suggest improvements, drive performance, and take full ownership of marketing operations — from podcast management to LinkedIn performance tracking. Please note: this role operates on Australian working hours (AEST/AEDT), so you must be comfortable with the time zone alignment. Key Responsibilities Podcast Management & Production End-to-end editing and production of podcasts (audio and video). Manage guest outreach, communication and scheduling. Track and report podcast engagement and performance metrics. LinkedIn Account Management Run and grow a professional LinkedIn account. Create and schedule content, engage with followers, and manage direct messages. Track post engagement and campaign impact. Content & Creative Management Produce high-quality videos, edit podcast footage, and design supporting graphics. Create logos and branded assets for marketing campaigns. Manage the content calendar and evaluate content performance to refine strategy. SEO & Website Oversight Oversee website design, build and maintenance in collaboration with external vendors. Ensure SEO best practices are applied and regularly reviewed. Assess vendor output critically to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Sales Enablement & Outreach Manage and optimise LinkedIn outreach tools, drip campaigns, and CRM integrations. Maintain and improve sales outreach tracking spreadsheets and processes. Use performance data to improve strategy and generate leads. Marketing Operations & Analysis Set up and monitor campaign performance dashboards. Analyse data across marketing and sales channels to inform decision-making. Suggest and implement new tools or processes to drive efficiency. Collaboration & Communication Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and quality delivery. Proactively recommend strategies, tools, and process improvements to senior leadership. Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, or marketing automation — ideally within recruitment, finance, or professional services. Technically confident with: LinkedIn outreach platforms, CRM tools, and automation systems AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for content creation and process improvement Video/podcast editing software and graphic design tools SEO tracking platforms and website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) Performance tracking using Excel dashboards, tracking sheets, and analytics tools Advanced Microsoft 365 user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive); Google Suite familiarity is a plus, but Microsoft proficiency is essential. Strong understanding of website SEO, including experience managing or liaising with developers and vendors. Experience managing digital content schedules and leveraging performance data to guide future campaigns. Ability to edit and manage full podcast productions and coordinate with guests. Previous exposure to the recruitment and/or accounting/finance sector is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable working in Australian time zones (AEST/AEDT).
