Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Partner to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention across our intermediary and employer audiences. This senior role will shape and deliver the marketing strategy for our organisation segment, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong grasp of account-based marketing, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution—focused on deepening client relationships and enhancing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Act as the senior marketing lead for the organisation segment, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Partner with the Proposition team to shape and deliver go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead an account-based marketing (ABM) programme to nurture leads and strengthen client engagement.
  • Drive brand credibility and market presence through targeted campaigns and a programme of online and offline events.
  • Collaborate with Account Teams to proactively address client needs and demonstrate value.

THE MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

Must have worked within B2B financial services and have outstanding experience of developing and delivering an insight-led account based marketing programme to acquire and retain clients.
Must be confident working in a matrixed organisation, with proven ability to influence change and navigate complexity, while managing a small team.
Must be able to deliver new propositions to market across a wide range of audiences, delivering against organisation KPIs.
