About the role: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Marketing Project Manager to own and scale the Sellers Club Mentorship Program end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of program management and growth, and is critical to making Sellers Club the most visible and impactful mentorship program we’ve launched so far. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing mentors, ensuring the quality and performance of their programs, and—most importantly—driving merchant acquisition through strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven promotion strategies. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated by measurable results. Your daily tasks will include: Mentor Recruitment & Partnerships Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality mentors aligned with Sellers Club goals Build strong, long-term relationships with mentors and negotiate the commercial terms Evaluate mentor potential based on expertise, audience relevance, and expected impact Mentor Program Management Lead mentor onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into Sellers Club Conduct regular check-ins with mentors to review performance and engagement Analyze mentor programs to identify what’s working and what needs improvement Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize mentor offerings Keep mentors motivated, accountable, and aligned with program expectations Merchant Acquisition & Program Growth Own merchant acquisition for the mentorship program as a top priority Collaborate closely with product marketing, martech, CRM, lifecycle, and other teams to ensure maximum visibility across all channels Ensure Sellers Club is consistently and prominently promoted across owned, paid, and earned channels Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics Continuously optimize promotional strategies based on performance data Drive the execution needed to make this the most promoted mentorship program to date Your qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience working as a Project/Product Manager, preferably within the marketing or growth focus Proven ability to negotiate and manage external partners Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or growth teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Prior experience in e-commerce or print-on-demand A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High ownership mindset — treats results as a personal responsibility Commercially minded and results-driven Strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligence Persistent, resilient, and execution-focused Strong growth mindset What we offer: A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done An opportunity to work remotely Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM) Private health insurance 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice Learning Budget to support your professional development.
