REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations (RevOps), Marketing Operations, or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS martech.
  • Proven experience in lead attribution, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Expertise in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools), have experience with Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing metrics and sales pipelines.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Experience in managing multi-million euro marketing budgets and optimizing spend.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, in European working hours
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our new Senior Marketing & Revenue Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving our revenue attribution and opportunity generation efforts. This role will start as a fractional (part-time) position, with a transition into a full-time leadership role as we scale.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue Attribution & Marketing ROI: Prove and optimize the commercial impact of marketing and partnership activities on pipeline generation.
  • Opportunity Generation: Identify leaky funnel issues, optimize lead conversion, and ensure we meet our opportunity generation targets.
  • Strategic Spend Optimization: Ensure marketing efforts and budget allocation align with key regions and strategic verticals.
  • GTM Alignment: Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to align on opportunity creation, regional focus, and ARR goals.
  • Forecasting & Board Reporting: Partner with the Chief Sales Officer and CFO to provide accurate monthly forecasts for opportunity creation and new bookings. Summarize and communicate marketing’s GTM strategy at an executive level.
  • Data & Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Hold marketing and partnership teams accountable for performance, offering strategic insights to improve lead and opportunity generation.
