We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Science Analyst with a strong background in Growth and Retention Analysis to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Business Intelligence, requiring a deep understanding of e-commerce and retail analytics, with a primary focus on driving strategic growth initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, the ideal candidate will excel in interpreting complex marketing datasets and transforming them into actionable strategies to fuel business expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics (MTA, first/last click, MMM, incremental testing), with 2+ years of hands-on experience measuring the efficiency of marketing activities.
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience developing enterprise-level business intelligence reporting (Looker preferred, or Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Sisense, etc.).
  • Strong in SQL and proficient in programming in a statistical language (R or Python).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and rigor in analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives.
