We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join the Qualco Technology Marketing team. The successful candidate will own and execute regional Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing initiatives across Europe and MENA. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support regional growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales to understand regional business objectives, define target accounts, and design effective GTM marketing plans; Plan, organize, and execute events, conference sponsorships, international media relations, and other GTM initiatives. Create and manage social media (SoMe) content supporting GTM activities; Work closely with Digital, Design, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns; Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including vendor coordination, giveaways inventory, event logistics, shipments, and procurement processes; Track budgets and ensure accurate financial monitoring of GTM activities; Deliver reporting and performance analysis based on data and KPIs; Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends; Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Marketing Specialist or similar role in B2B/Tech environments; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (Proficiency level); Knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus; Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage; Strong organizational and project management skills; Highly analytical mindset, focused on outcomes and performance; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
