About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join us for an approximate 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a high-performing marketing team that’s driving real impact across the business. Based at International Towers Barangaroo - one of Australia’s most sustainable and award-winning workplaces - you’ll enjoy a hybrid model of three days onsite, two days from home. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You’ll shape, deliver and optimise end-to-end marketing initiatives that support GrainCorp’s commercial and brand goals. Your key responsibilities include: Market Insights & Advisory• Identify market trends, competitor movements and customer needs, using insights to inform marketing strategy• Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leaders, including the CEO, ELT and business unit executives Marketing Execution• Deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive awareness, conversion and customer engagement• Track, measure and report performance to optimise results Brand Management• Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent, compliant application of brand guidelines• Support initiatives that build recognition, reputation and trust Digital Marketing• Lead digital activity across social media, SEO, SEM, email and paid channels• Partner with our Marketing Technology team to optimise funnels, enhance customer journeys and build audience insights Content & Storytelling• Develop and distribute high-quality, strategic content across paid and organic channels• Translate business objectives into compelling narratives that resonate with our customers Events & Experiences• Manage and maximise ROI for industry events, activations and customer engagements• Identify opportunities to elevate our presence and deliver standout experiences Agency & Budget Management• Set performance benchmarks, oversee delivery and ensure budget alignment• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners About YouYou’re a hands-on marketer who loves turning strategy into action. You’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders, rolling up your sleeves, and delivering high-quality work at pace. Ideally, you have experience in Agribusiness, FMCG, Logistics, or another complex B2B environment, and you bring: • Strong digital marketing capability across SEO, content, social and performance• The ability to convert business objectives into well-executed marketing initiatives• Confidence managing budgets, agencies and campaign ROI• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels• A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes How to ApplyThe next steps are simple.
