Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a strategic and creative marketing professional passionate about empowering sales teams and driving business growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, developing impactful content and sales enablement resources that fuel our success. This role is crucial for equipping our sales team with the tools and messaging they need to win, while simultaneously elevating our brand positioning and thought leadership. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Invent, Studio, Marcomm) and executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and strong communication skills. You’ll be responsible for crafting sales enablement materials, developing winning customer-facing pitches and content marketing, and managing internal and external resources to produce high-quality thought leadership content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battle cards, and more.
  • Translate complex technical features and use cases into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions that resonate with customers.
  • Partner with sales to create account based marketing pitch materials and messaging tailored to specific prospects and industry verticals.
  • Own and manage the content repository, ensuring sales has easy access to the most up-to-date and effective resources.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external content creators to produce high-impact thought leadership content, such as white papers, blog posts, and articles.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all content, reinforcing our market position and thought leadership.
  • Partner with the ventures team to develop compelling messaging and content that supports emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling customer success stories and case studies that showcase the value we deliver.
  • Leverage data analytics (e.g., Looker Studio) to inform content strategy and optimize marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, services, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on content strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external content agencies, freelancers, and designers to deliver high-quality materials on time and within budget.
  • Support internal teams with messaging frameworks and content strategies for product launches, marketing campaigns, and other key initiatives.
