Role Purpose The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing Noisis’ marketing initiatives, supporting the company’s growth, brand positioning, and digital presence. The successful candidate will be expected not only to implement marketing activities but also to evaluate opportunities, influence decisions, and actively contribute to how marketing drives business growth. This role operates as a central marketing function, requiring ownership across multiple areas rather than a narrow specialization. It offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with leadership and external partners. The role requires a combination of hands-on execution, analytical thinking, and business judgment, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other relevant digital channels, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and ROI Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying clear, actionable opportunities for improvement Take ownership of planning and prioritizing marketing initiatives, balancing business needs, available budget, and expected impact Develop and continuously improve the end-to-end lead generation funnel, from awareness to conversion, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities Evaluate marketing proposals from external agencies or partners and contribute to decisions regarding advertising investments, campaign strategies, and budget allocation Coordinate and manage collaborations with external partners including advertising agencies, digital marketing providers, and other service partners, ensuring high-quality output and measurable results Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar platforms), including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking Support the management and continuous improvement of the company’s website (WordPress), ensuring content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business priorities Drive and coordinate the development of content initiatives (e.g. articles, insights, newsletters), strengthening the company’s market presence and credibility Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, professional, and effective brand communication across all marketing channels Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation Identify new channels, tools, or approaches that can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency Contribute actively to marketing strategy discussions, bringing data-driven insights and practical ideas that influence decisions Operate with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, taking initiative in a fast-evolving and not fully structured environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance metrics (e.g. CPL, conversion rates, ROI) Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms Basic experience with WordPress website management, including updating pages and content Proven ability to evaluate marketing proposals and make informed decisions regarding advertising strategies and investments Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset Nice-to-have Experience working with marketing agencies, digital partners, or advertising service providers Previous experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments Experience with social media marketing and content management platforms (especially LinkedIn for B2B) Previous experience in roles with broad ownership across multiple marketing areas Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Career development and professional training opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to multiple industries and business sectors Opportunity to work with leading professionals in the field Why join Noisis Opportunity to own and shape the marketing function within a growing consulting company A role with real responsibility and autonomy, not limited to execution Direct exposure to high-impact projects in RRF, ESPA, and investment advisory Close collaboration with leadership and involvement in decision-making processes A dynamic and evolving environment where you can build, improve, and make a visible impact
