ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Senior Marketing Specialist you’ll play a key role in crafting new sales enablement materials, maintaining our content repositories, and supporting digital campaigns and events for our Product Marketing team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Americas Consulting leaders and other marketing team members to gain deep insight into our Occupier and Investor audiences and leverage that knowledge to promote CBRE’s differentiating solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build, update, and manage a range of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies that meet brand standards and communicate CBRE’s unique value.
  • Handle KPIs including sales success, traffic growth, search results, brand engagement, and content production.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team (Digital, Brand, Creative, Content, Business Development, etc.) to drive innovation and challenge the status quo.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to elevate and differentiate CBRE’s Americas Consulting solutions, showcasing their impact and competitive advantages.
  • Continually add to and improve content across all internal and external repositories such as the Intranet, Content Enablement Hub/Knowledge Bank, Templafy, and website.
  • Assist with website updates, email marketing (Campaign Logic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and promotional campaign setup and reporting.
  • Ensure that milestones are met while coordinating and consolidating content from multiple stakeholders.
  • Help build awareness and drive adoption for new products and services through active participation in team calls and strategy sessions.
  • Provide quality control for materials that leave the marketing department including proofing, style guide, brand compliance and production management.
  • Work within a wide variety of templated and non-templated frameworks (Microsoft and Adobe products).
  • May serve as the project manager of industry events.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to tackle problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work in InDesign, other Adobe Creative Suite Programs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
