Marketing Specialist Sr Job Responsibilities: * Leads the development, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and growth targets. * Oversees the creation of compelling, patient-centered content across digital platforms—including social media, websites, and blogs—to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and service line visibility. * Provides strategic direction to the creative team in the development of high-impact digital marketing assets that align with brand standards and campaign goals. * Leverages data analytics and performance insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, inform decision-making, and continuously refine strategies for maximum ROI. * Directs the planning and execution of patient webinars, and outreach initiatives, reinforcing the organization’s presence and reputation in key markets. * Ensures brand consistency and integrity across all marketing touchpoints, fostering a unified and trustworthy patient experience. * Oversees marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. * Manages and cultivates relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and extend marketing capabilities. * Serves as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams and marketing leadership, effectively managing up to the Marketing Director by providing regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to inform broader marketing strategies.   Minimum Requirements:  * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field * Experience: 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field   Preferred Qualifications:  * A proven track record of driving projects forward * Detail oriented and strong communication skills   We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
