Overview:
Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a new challenge?
We are recruiting for a dedicated Senior Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our local UC/IT marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing communication activities, managing advertising campaigns, orchestrating product launches, and organizing related events. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence and driving successful market outcomes. This position is based in the South-West of Germany to ensure frequent presence in the office in addition to home office.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the local Marketing Team you represent Shure’s German-speaking markets on regional and global level.
  • Identify and provide input on local target group and market specifics to ensure that regional and global campaigns and product launch activities meet local needs as best as possible.
  • Adapt and translate global toolbox marketing assets for product launches and campaigns.
  • Cooperate with internal shared services to execute various local channel and end-user marketing activities
  • Ensure that channel partners receive all necessary information at the right time to buy and sell our products successfully.
  • Execute marketing activities in cooperation with selected channel partners and other organizations.
  • In the area of reference marketing work on case studies together with channel partners or end customers.
  • Support colleagues in sales, applications, and market development with marketing materials and assistance.
  • Visit channel partners on site at key occasions and support at trade shows.
  • Actively monitor, evaluate and report ROI’s of all your marketing activities, online and offline.
  • Control and coordinate external service providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in the conferencing and UC/IT industry.
  • Teamplayer, collaborative, multi-tasking, self-motivated with high energy, open-mind initiative, detailed-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to work on numerous projects and prioritize goals while maintaining deadlines, executing on deliverables, and keeping team members informed of status.
  • Excellent spoken and written German and English skills.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Loop etc.).
  • Ability to travel.
