Here’s how a(n) Senior Marketing Specialist for our Denver office contributes to our team:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a marketing role.
• Advanced understanding and mentoring of brand best practices and able to execute brand needs, contribute to brand strategy, and effectively communicate the brand though all marketing materials.
• Ability to initiate, contribute to, and enhance the marketing strategic planning process.
• Ability to interpret and utilize data analytics to analyze information and make recommendations to marketing plans and strategies.
• Advanced experience with and ability to engage all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media. Expert knowledge determining the appropriate medium based on audience, situation, and strategy.
• High proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud and other specialized software as required.
• Understands the company and district’s business objectives and incorporates them into marketing activities, products, initiatives, and plans.

  The salary range for this position is between $71,570 and $92,620 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate. Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you’ll enjoy at PCL. • Creates marketing plans for mid-size to large projects and initiatives and ensures they are measurable. Coordinates and manages the resources and change management to ensure success.
• Plans and executes high-risk, complex, or multifaceted events that involve multiple stakeholders and require consensus building. Coordinates deliverables with a team of individuals.
