Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Specialist is a newly introduced role to the growing Wellizen global marketing team and will play an instrumental role supporting campaign development, PR, events and social media, both in Australia and internationally.
Reporting to the Brand Communications lead and supporting the wider marketing team, we are seeking a self-starter, with 3+ years demonstrated full-time marketing and communications experience, managing brand campaigns on social media as well as social media content managing platforms and social media reporting including hands on experience with content briefing and visual production for social media and PR initiatives, briefing photographers / agencies and producers and coordinating production.
To support Wellizen’s premium brand portfolio, we are seeking industry experience from publishing, agency or premium or pharmacy consumer goods (pharmacy products, beauty, accessories, or beverage) who have worked on-site, and operated within an office team, full-time.
Success in this role is as much based on skills and experience, as it is around attitude and approach to collaboration, we would encourage those who are confident in developing big ideas to apply. It will be expected the incumbent can be comfortable taking a solutions approach to challenges and to work through ambiguity, from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Content Planning (50% of role)
Develop content briefs for monthly content photoshoots
Create compelling content ideas in monthly content meetings
Coordinate content calendar planning, in partnership with Brand Comms lead
Take initiative on all proactive and reactive content requirements
Manage and track social media seeding send outs + posts
Ensure content is on-brand, following guidelines established
Social Media Reporting & File Management (15% of role)
Present social media insights in monthly meetings
Prepare social media reports with support from Brand Comms lead
Champion the organization / filing of all assets / files
Community management (15% of role)
Develop Community Management guideline across Social Brand Channels
General Marketing & Campaign Support (20% of role)
Play part of wider Marketing team to support on marketing projects
Plan and manage budget/expense reporting, supporting marketing team
