Each of their 50 employees understand they are a performance-based agency, which means their monthly client revenue increases when they win. Winning big usually hinges on their ability to provide high-performing direct-response ads, landing pages that convert, and nurture sequences that move leads toward conversion. As a Senior Marketing Technologist you sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—helping them build, optimize, and maintain a modern marketing stack that drives measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams including media buying, analytics, engineering, clients, and external vendors to ensure tools and technologies are properly integrated and support business growth. You will manage technology with an ownership mindset, overseeing all aspects of the marketing tech stack from marketing automations to analytics. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and KPIs. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with exceptional communication and leadership will be critical to maintaining client trust and achieving sustainable growth. An ideal candidate possesses executive presence, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to translate complex client objectives into actionable marketing technology strategies. Responsibilities Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms like marketing automation (e.g., Go High Level, Hubspot), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), CMS and ABM platforms, and tracking. Support campaign execution by providing martech infrastructure, user segmentation, lead scoring, tracking implementation, and audience targeting across digital channels. Manage integrations between marketing systems and other tools such as customer databases, ad platforms, and sales tools—ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely. Partner with Marketing and Data/Engineering teams to define and implement tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and performance reports. Evaluate new tools and technologies, making recommendations to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance. Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across marketing systems and databases. Lead troubleshooting and support related to marketing technology usage, bugs, and vendor communication. Create documentation and internal training to drive adoption and ensure best practices across the organization.
